Meditation
“Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It’s a way of entering
into the quiet that’s already there.” Deepak Chopra
What I’ve noticed about my own life and the lives of my students and clients as well, is that when it's all said and done, we’re all just looking for a way to live life to the fullest and simultaneously be connected to a quiet, tranquil place of peace and balance.
When we live in that balance, it is said that we are “in it but not of it.”
Setting aside a little time each day for the seeds of that intention to grow and become a new reality is what we typically call meditation. It usually consists of a discipline to get beyond the conditioned, thinking mind into a deeper state of awareness.
I love to help cultivate the foundation for a successful meditation practice by showing people how easy it is to move past the barriers and blocks that keep most people from even trying.
Learning the techniques offered in One Breath for Balance (a guide to creating a daily routine of focused breathing combined with the science of neuroplasticity) and Beginners Meditation are simple and very effective ways to help cultivate the joy and balance we intuitively know is ours to live.
Join the millions of people who already meditate and become part of the wave that's changing the world to a better place.

A student of meditation and focused breathing since 1971, John starts each day with a practice that has yielded continual growth and ever expanding joy in his life. He loves to share a synthesis of his training with all who are interested and wants everyone to know that they really can meditate. Having encountered most of the trials and tribulations that people face when committing to this path, he knows the value of moving beyond them and wants you to know too.
