A Reiki treatment is a healing and nurturing experience which leaves you with a warm radiant glow of new life.  It typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes as John places his hands either slightly above or lightly on the body, washing away the energetic restrictions in the head, shoulders, stomach, feet, and the major energy centers. There are no contraindications for Reiki and it works on the  physical, mental/ emotional, and spiritual levels. Some people report seeing vivid colors or being wrapped in a blanket of unconditional Love. Others just simply feel relaxed. Many people report that a treatment leaves them feeling great clarity of mind while deep states of relaxation and healing are accessed.
